The delivery partners is Swindon and Wiltshire offer a broad and varied service to schools.  Services offered to schools through the hub are:

We provide a comprehensive range of services designed to make music education accessible, engaging, and impactful.  Become a hub member school and access the menu below.  You can just access the free support if you wish, or develop your school’s music provision even further through subsidised buy-in services.

What schools pay for:

  • Financial Support: Our subsidies make music education more affordable, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to musical learning. We assist with subsidies, you pay the rest
  • Whole Class Ensemble Tuition (First Access): Through our subsidies we offer schools the opportunity to introduce children to learning a musical instrument involving the whole class.
  • Vocal and Instrumental lessons: Vocal and instrumental lessons are available during the school day with subsidies available for thought receiving Free School Meal, Looked After/Cared for Children; SEND pupils
  • Live Music Performances: we offer live music shows in schools.
  • Instrument Access: We help schools provide students with the instruments they need to explore their musical potential.
  • Professional Development: Ongoing training and support for music educators to enhance their skills and teaching approaches.

Music for Miniatures, offers concerts in an interactive and immersive performance tailored for children. They provide a diverse range of inspiring, educational and exceptionally high quality live music performances for: Primary Schools Special Schools EYFS Settings Secondary schools (only available for select shows)

SaMC provides First Access in Wiltshire & vocal and instrumental lessons in schools
Swindon Music Coop
SMC provides First Access in Wiltshire and vocal and instrumental lessons in both Swindon & Wiltshire schools
Swindon Music Service
Swindon Music Service delivers Wholes Class Ensemble Tuition (First Access); Individual vocal and instrumental tuition; live music roadshows; support for schools teachers

Ultimate Tuition provides vocal and instrumental tuition on contemporary music in schools and the local community​

There are a number of organisations offering out-of-school tuition as well as musical groups, band, ensembles, orchestras and Rock & Pop bands for children, young people and adults at various music centres across Swindon & Wiltshire.

IPSUM
IPSUM a Mental Health and Wellbeing Charity supporting Swindon and the surrounding area. Their aims are to help address issues such as mental, psychological and emotional health: loneliness and isolation: increase self-esteem, encourage an active lifestyle: and to help promote positive change. They offer a range of therapeutic interventions including Talking Therapies, Music and Art.
JTP Trust
The JTPTrust is an educational charity whose aim is to promote, improve, develop and maintain standards of singing in the Swindon area. All classes and events are organised by the Director, Janice V Thompson, and delivered by a team of inspirational teachers.
Salisbury Area Young Musicians
Salisbury Area Young Musicians groups meet weekly during term time for music making sessions and give regular performances throughout the year. We also have a range of ‘one-off’ musical events for you to enjoy too. SAYM is all about making music together in an inclusive environment where there is a place for everyone whatever stage they are on in their musical journey.
Swindon Young Musicians
Located at the Platform in central Swindon, SYM meets weekly during term time, offering bands, orchestras, ensembles, rock school sessions, and recording studio access. We perform regularly at end-of-term concerts, community events, Music For Youth, and local festivals. SYM welcomes musicians of all experience levels, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy making music together.
The Corsham Windband Association
The Corsham Windband Association (CWA) is a well-established charity dedicated to delivering high-quality music education and ensemble opportunities to young musicians in Wiltshire. With a structured service model catering to both schools and individual learners, CWA fosters musical proficiency, collaboration, and performance excellence.
Ultimate Tuition
ULTIMATE TUITION covers music tuition in Guitar, Drums, Ukulele, Keyboards, Vocals, Band Tuition. They also offer a progression route through music.
